The most important piece of equipment I have in my gym are not the dumbbells, machines or
the amenities, its the mirrors in each room. Mirrors allow you to adjudicate your lifting style,
"strike a pose" as bodybuilders often do [ watch this posing video ]. I teach posing for
upper and lower body as an adjunct part of your fitness workout. It may seem odd, but
there are many things from bodybuilding we can steal and adapt to your fitness routine.
The mirrors allow us to pose after each set hit, burning bodyfat, building muscle.
