Background
After falling off the wagon in 2014 ( like many
clients ), I changed my diet (
Get Ripped Diet )
and hit Body-weight Strength Traininig ( BST )
again.  The result in just three ( 3 ) months has
been phenominal.  I lost nearly 20lbs and have
once again reached a substantial goal ... although
I am not there yet.  I am not totally ripped, but
were on the way.

Fitness
Body-weight Strength Training ( BST )
  • pushups.
  • pullups.
  • low dips.
  • biceps ( weights ).
  • cardio ( walking / running ).

Remember, there are lots of choices on this nutri-
tional diet.  The key is to cut the carbs back to
about 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Dinner is always a
protein and a veggie.

  • B:  coffee, two peices whole wheat toast, butter.
  • L:   chicken breast, pork or fish + rice + veggies.
  • D:   chicken breast, pork or fish + veggies.
  • Snack:  tuna fish + mayo or fruit + peanut butter.
  • Water:  8 glasses per day.
