This photo was taken in Houston by a close
friend after I had left law enforcement and
began running to drop the weight I had
accumulated from years of eating fast food.
(McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King). I ran
every other day about 2-3 miles, which kept
me lean. I was working out with weights 2-3
times a week, using Arnold's Schwarzenegger's
bodybuilding book as a guide.
